Marissa's older brother Lance thinks that she doesn't need anyone to keep her happy, that's what books and video games are for. What Lance doesn't know is that Marissa and his bestfriend Ethan are dating, have been for quite a few months. It all started when Marissa broke into Ethan's house and asked him to take her virginity, since then it's all been 143 text messages and notes quoting Stephen King in class.

Lance believes that Marissa is up to something, and he and his older and much more buff cosuins are determined to find out who is behind all of this.
