World Peace is now a no go. Some new discoveries have been made about people. The Peace Council is split between getting rid of them or using them for armies. This splits up the council so now it is every country for its self. Kisa-ordinary girl or freak. What happens when she gets mixed in with some not so normal people or "Freaks" are what the media calls them.
