Chapter 9
I walked into the kitchen and dumped my bag on the floor.
“Hi Dad.”
He looked up.
“Alec, I got a call from Mr Forrest. Are you okay? That boy, what did he do to you?”
“Scott? He... kissed me... and tried to feel me up.”
“Oh, sweetie. Are you okay?”
I shrugged.
“I dunno...”
Dad reached up and pulled me down onto his lap. I buried my face in his shoulder.
“I was so scared. I couldn’t breathe, I didn’t know what to do. I couldn’t do anything. Then... then James saved me.”
“Really?”
I nodded.
“He knocked him out.”
Dad laughed.
“Did he really?”
I nodded again.
Dad sighed.
“So you’re okay?”
“Yeah.”
I got up and walked over to the fridge.
“Oh, by the way, Alec... it turns out Mr Forrest has had enough of Scott. He’s been suspended, pending expulsion.”
I turned around.
“What? Wait, say that in English?”
He grinned.
“Scott’s gone.”
“YES!”
I kissed him and danced around the room for a moment before opening the fridge.
“Okay, well, see you later. I’m going on the computer.”
He laughed as I grabbed a snack and left the room.
“What about your homework?”
“Don’t have any!”
I sat down at the computer and logged on.
LilMissIero (Nothin much) has signed in.
������James����� (stfu... oops, did I say that out loud?) has signed in.
LilMissIero: hey james

LilMissIero: whatcha up to?

LilMissIero: same. just told dad about scott
������James�����: orly???

LilMissIero: mr forrest called. scotts been expelled

LilMissIero: *nods* well, suspended pending expulsion.

LilMissIero: my thoughts exactly
������James����: i spose it means hes not technically expelled yet
LilMissIero: yeah probly
������James�����: yeah anyway, over the moon!
LilMissIero: *nods*
������James����: *hugs* im so happy
LilMissIero: is that why your hugging me, or because your hugging me?
������James����: both!
LilMissIero: lolz

������James����: dammit
LilMissIero: what?
������James����: “homework fiiirst!”
LilMissIero: dad?

LilMissIero: awww ok. see ya

**Author's Note: Gah, the computer hates me. It doesn't like putting in the right number of square thingies in James' screen name. First five, then two, and now finally three.**
