Lost In You

Information

The days switched so that I only had English and art every other day meaning I didn't have Gerard in my class. It sucked big time knowing he wasn't in the same room for me to observe him. I was such a fucking creep.

"Oh by the way, switching out of accounting we have Gerard Way." my head snapped up to see him walking into the class as if on cue. I looked around for a moment to see most of the students either ignoring him or rolling their eyes. My eyes suddenly fell upon the empty desk beside me. It was the only empty desk! My heart sped up slightly as we started walking towards me. He dropped his messenger bag beside the desk and dropped himself into the seat with a sigh. He switched accounting for Chem? Was he insane? Chem was really hard and coming in about a month into school.

"Hi." I didn't feel myself talking but I heard myself. It was automatic. His head turned and looked at who had spoken. His hazel eyes fell upon me. I think his mind was registering who I was but it did eventually click.

"Hi." he turned away again but I knew he knew who I was. He knew I was the only one that complemented his drawing last class.

"Why did you switch into chem?" I blurted out. I bit my tongue when he turned to look at me again. If looks could kill...

"'Cause." was his only answer before he leaned down to his bag and pulled out that damn black book. I was so fucking curious to know what was inside. I almost wanted to grab it from him to take a look into his mind. Almost. He opened the book to an empty page which disappointed me slightly because I wanted to know the previous images he created. The teacher was droning on about molecular bonding but I wasn't interested. I already had the power point he gave us the first day so I could just look back on it. I glanced over and leaned towards him a bit. I tried to look as though I was listening but instead I was trying to watch him work. He paused and tensed for a moment before continuing and I wondered why.
Just before chemistry ended. he finished his drawing. Turns out it was a skeleton, but it looked more like a guy in a skeleton costume, saying for me to quit staring. When I noticed he meant me I snapped back upright to watch out the window trying to be inconspicuous. He wasn't stupid and that was clear. He noticed right away I was watching him work. Usually he would slam the book shut but today he let me watch, even though he told me to stop... the drawing told me. He never spoke unless someone spoke to him first.

My last class of the day was History. Usually history came before chem but today we had a messed up schedule because of a football game or something like that. It was mandatory to go watch the game.

"Frankie!" Hayden motioned me towards our usual spots in the back of the class. I think he only sat with me because hid friends, The Skeleton Crew, weren't in this class. The Skeleton Crew was deathly scary. They are the type to go sleep in graveyards and worship Satan but Hayden assured me they didn't. They were only nice to me because Hayden was their leader. When he wasn't there they started the jokes and I was the topic.

"Did you find anything?" I asked curiously. Hayden grinned and I couldn't help but glance at his 'fangs'.

"Boy do I have some dirt for you." he leaned back and propped his converse clad feet on the desk. "His name is Gerard Arthur Way and he is eighteen." my eyes widened.

"So he did fail..." I whispered to myself in thought.

"He failed eleven twice so the rumors aren't completely true." I nodded.

"What else?"

"His brother is Michael James Way, which I already told you, but did you know that he has a fear of needles?"

"They wrote that in the file?" I never knew they went so personal.

"No, I overheard Mikey talk about it with his friends."

"Oh."

"But I do know where he lives..." his expression turned into a haunting smirk because he knew I wanted to know.

"Where?" people were beginning to enter the class.

"Not so fast sugar, that info comes with a price." my face fell.

"How much?" I bit my lip because I was only so limited on cash.

"You gotta raid the kitchen freezer and take all the ice cream. You will take it to the student parking lot where Ray will be waiting."

"Why exactly?" he grinned maliciously.

"Were playing a game and that's all you need to know. It's either you do this for myself and The Skeleton Crew or I don't release this valuable information which I know you want." it was true, I really wanted that info. I must have been utterly insane to agree. Why do I want to put college in jeopardy just to stalk some weird guy's house? Only heaven knows...

Hopefully you will start to get a sense of what kind of person Hayden is. Yes, ice cream is no serious crime but it will get so much worse. It's going to get deadly!
