Parkers Shadow
Shade Jacobs. 'Shady' to most who know her. They all say her only friend is her own shadow.
Ever since her sister was killed in a car crash Shady never felt like the blood stains had come out. She felt eternally responsible for the accident since she was at the wheel that night. A single mother, a stoner for a brother and not an ounce of hope in her life. Nothing but forced and pointless responsiblilites ruling her life.
She eventually is sent to a Mental Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles, far away from her home in Seattle.
They all said she was crazy. Inside she did feel crazy - crazy scared, crazy sad, crazy hurt from all the shit she'd been through.
Nobody understood her.
Nobody but Hayden Parker.
