Emotionless

Is there a difference between feelings and emotions? I have asked numerous people only to bring me to the conclusion that it is all opinion. Depending on who you ask there is a difference, that difference being the mind. Emotions are your feelings within your mind while feelings are the expression of your emotions.
I am not sure what I believe, but I will continue searching until I find out.
