As if he wants to rub it in her face. She's too afraid to deny him; she has no choice. She squints her eyes against the tears, and in a choked, tortured voice, gives in to his demands. But she just can't bring herself to say, "I". It's a small victory: There is nothing indicating that she loves him, because she doesn't anymore. It isn't enough, though. It never is.
He's the only one that seems satisfied, in the end.

There will be eight chapters in all.This is basically a series of drabbles, all inspired by the picture shown in the summary, which I took. The scenarios themselves my friend made up, and I've taken the liberty of elaborating on them and posting it.
