Sugar & Spice
A tale of a girl by the name of Rosie Tamsworth, who was cruelly forced to believe from the tender age of 7 that she was worse than useless, a genetic screw-up. . . a disgrace to the family name.
She understood, toughened up, and learnt to take it all in her stride, thus creating her impenetrable exterior.
But the one thing she longed for more than anything in the world was just to have enough magic in her blood to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and learn magic, like the rest of her family. But the chance for her to enroll had already come and gone. . .
Or so she thought.
She discovers that she's not who she thought she was at all. In fact, she finds she's a lot more like who she wants to be.
Along the way she befriends four of the most unlikely people possible, and they teach her that a lot of things which are held up as 'law' by wizards and muggles alike are meaningless.
And one of the Marauders teaches her a little more than that. . .
How to be herself.
Disclaimer: Right. Now - I do not own Harry Potter or any of the characters created by J.K. Rowling.
I do, however, own Rosie Tamsworth and the plot which I've created (which is nothing like in the book)
Cool :)
