Everyone I knew had high expectations of me.
I was going to be the first in my family to graduate from college.
I was going to follow in my mother's footsteps and become a doctor.
I learned different languages, studied different cultures and had
an open view to different and new experiences.
I was just an ovreall rounded off kid.
I was the perfect child.
I always had good marks throughout school and always fulfilled
every goal I set for myself.
I was outgoing, responsible, funny and everyone knew me.
I kept a good reputation for myself, and everybody said I would go far.
Until my parents were taken from me.
I'll never forget that day.
That day almost took me.
I broke down.
I let go.
I cried.
Then I met him.
And I'm forever in debt to this creature who risked everything
to save one life.
