"You don't know the boys, do you?" She questioned and smiled, seeming oblivious to my embarrassment. "That's Sam, Jared, Paul, Jacob, Quil, Seth, my daughter Leah and Embry."

Upon hearing his name, Embry glanced up at me quickly, then put his head back down. After seeming to consider something, he looked back up, his eyes wide and staring into mine. "Hi," he said quietly, still staring at me, and put his plate down, running from the house without a second thought.
