Something Called Destiny

I looked up. Everybody was staring at me. I couldn't take it.

I ran around to the back of the building, where I was pretty sure no one would find me. I sat there and cried for what seemed like forever. But when I looked up, it wasn't even dark yet.

And someone was standing right there. My very best friend. Alex. She walked over and sat next to me. I looked up at her and burst into tears all over again. I was hyperventilating.

I just sat there and cried into her shoulder.
