Chapter 37
My body flew backwards into a tree. My back throbbed with so much searing pain that I couldn't even scream. I couldn't even curl into myself as I laid on the ground. My body stayed erect as Cameon slowly walked over.
"How dare you speak to me in such a manner then plead for your life. You despicable human being." He growled.
I whimpered in pain and fear.
Cameon grabbed me by my hair and yanked me up to my feet. The action was done so slow that I couldn't help but cry now. Pain seemed to want to take over everything and just block out reality.
Why can't I just be paralyzed and not feel this pain? Why can't I just be dead?
