A Story to Tell Your Grandkids

That's what started it all. A simple greeting started my brand new life; as much as I want to regret that night, I can't. I can't bring myself to hate Alex because he actually brought me so much happiness and I wish he knew that. I wish he knew about the life that he's missing out on because he walked away.
Author's Note: This story is based off of a little joke/story you could say that Alex told last night before he sung 'Remembering Sunday'. I'm not going to tell you the story because it would give too much away.
