October 22;Court

Grandma looked significantly older every time I saw her. Her pearl earrings and necklace had seen better times, along with herself. I had definatly hurt her. I turned her world around with worry, Trenton, losing her son in law and beloved daughter, and completely alienating myself from her even before everything took place.

She was now testifying against me, and I didn't blame her the least bit.

"I just walked out of the ice cream parlor and he had disappeared."

"How do you know Margeret had took him?"

"Why, he told me when he came back!" She slammed her fist rightously on the stand, percing her lips that showed the small wrinkles of a smoker.

The lawyer stood in front of her. "Was there anything wrong with him when he came back?"

She glared at me and said loudly into the microphone. "He was on the verge of starving to death, along with his right arm broken, several large bruises, and a large, infected cut on his forehead."

He nodded and sat down. "Thank you, Mrs. Fischer."
