“Miss Scott, please tell us who you want to live with.” Judge Jacob said to me.
I felt tears welling up in the corner of my eyes as I looked back and forth at my mother and father. I took a deep, shaky breath, starting to cry.
“It’s okay, honey.” Judge Jacob said to me politely.
I wiped my eyes, looking at my Converse, since I can’t walk in heals to save my life, then I looked at the Judge. “I want to live with….”
