"No. It's wrong!"

"Please! It's only this one time!"

"But we have a ton of stuff to do tomorrow morning!"

I looked at him and he gave me the cutesy puppydog face I've ever seen. I bit my lip, then let out a sigh. "Fine."

He grinned. "Yes!" He picked me up and twirled me around. "You won't regret this, Carter!"

I smiled. "I hope not."

He laced his fingers with mine. "You won't. Now come on, let's go to your bunk."
