In a futuristic/alternate world, 'innocence' is more than just an admirable quality. It is the only means of survival, and it has an entirely new meaning. One government agency is trying to save Innocent people; another is trying to destroy them. The lines between these two factions begin to blur when she arrives; her survival could mean the ruin of the destructive Syndicate.
