Ron's twinsister transfers to howarts after attending school in Soporo Japan at an all witches school since she was ten. He transfers in her would be fifth year but seeing as she's fourteen she will be starting her fourth year at Hogwarts. After being placed in Gryfindore she quickly becomes friends with Harry and Hermione. She also starts to fall in love. Draco Malfoy meets her on the first day of Potions and is instantly smitten by her even before he learns her full name.
