Today, a month ago, a great man passed away. James Owen Sullivan started as a young child, as we all do, and grew in to a crazy mother-son what called himself 'The Rev'. The rock world was sent in to a spinning turmoil at the news of the beloved rockers death. But, not only should it affect the rock world, but also anyone who lives to be unique, people who live to the beat of their own drum, pun intended.
Jimmy lived his life the way he wanted to and never took shit from anybody. That is how we should all live our lives, one step at a time, one stallion duck at a time, and one spoonful of Jimmy at a time...
Wow, that sounded wrong.
The greatest thing we can do for Jimmy now, is remember. Remember who he was, and what he represented. Jimmy will forever be in our hearts, and the hearts of those he loved.
