Surrender to Nothing

It was 1843. Railway mania (where everyone went mad for shares and track) was spreading across the country fast, pulling people in wherever it could. As the demand grew for a track running from Liverpool to Manchester, thousands of Navvies (Railway workers) were drafted in, being promised a better life with good pay. If only that was what they found.
