This is in first person and the main character is Elizabeth Caldwell only goes by Ellie. She is 16 years old no parents and living in Forks now with legal custody of herself. She knows Carlisle but doesn't think he is the doctor in town. She stands up for herself and oh yea shes a half breed. half human half vampire what could be worse for her....she has powers and she only drinks animal blood while falling in love with a Cullen....
