Reincarnated

All day, he sits on that porch, pushing himself back and forth in that rocking chair. He observes life around him, but he does not join in.

Suburbia is his whole world, but even the world cannot cure his wounded heart. There are only two ways to cure him: death and the return of his departed wife Mary-Beth. Neither is an option, that is, until he sees his love reincarnated in the neighbor girl.

It's impossible; he knows this. But the thought of losing her again is just too painful.

Author's Note:
This is not a sci-fi story. It is a journey into the heart and mind of a deeply depressed man who has his whole life in front of him but lives in the past. There will not necessarily be a romance, at least not in your face, but there will be love.
