All Alone

At a young age of 8 Allison Rae Swanson met the Jonas Brothers. Allison ran to the fair on the fourth of July to get way from her dad. Her dad Carl was always drunk and her mom always acted like nothing was wrong. Allison always seemed to get in the way. When she got to the fair she was watching the Rodeo all alone when a little boy came and sat next to her and that was what started a beautiful friendship and a new loving family that was willing to take her in when her dad went to jail after he killed Allison's mom.

She seemed alright by Dawns Early light
Though she looked a little worried and weak
She tried to pretend he wasn't drinkin' again
But Daddy left the Proof on her Cheek
And I was Only 8 years old that summer
