I arrived at the hospital and amazingly made it past the waiting room on the floor my sister was on. I knew that everyone was in there including Pete who I assumed came to see Amanda as well. I don't think I could handle trying to apologize to him right now until I talk to my sister. As I was quickly walking to Amanda's room, I bumped into someone.
"I'm sorry." I said looking up to see who it was I ran into. "You!" I said recognizing the face of the body standing in front of me.
"Hello Elissa." Martin replied. He was the boy Amanda cared about years ago who left her without a proper goodbye.
"What are you doing here? How did you find my sister?" I asked pissed.
"I think it is best if you leave." Martin replied.
"I am here to see how my sister is doing. I got word from..." I was about to say.
"Let me guess, Sisky called you? Well let me tell you something, you hurt Amanda and so did he. I didn't like you back then years ago and I certainly don't like you now." Martin said grabbing my arm.
"I wouldn't touch me ever again if I were you!" I said jerking my arm away from him. "I am the best vampire hunter out there. "The feeling is mutual. I don't like you either!" I snapped.
"I don't want to see Amanda hurt again. I love her. Maybe you don't understand what that is. Amanda needs her rest. Besides, I remember what you tried to do years ago." Martin laughed.
"So I came on to you back then. Big deal." I said rolling my eyes. "It's not like you wanted me back then anyways. You chose my sister." I said.
"Listen at you!" Martin replied. "This isn't a game, Elissa. Keep it up and someone is going to get hurt far worse. Wait, I take that back, Amanda did. How many times are you going to try and steal her life from her? You have already done enough damage with your poison and now you have hurt Pete who you so call love." Martin said lecturing me.
"I don't have time for this." I said walking past him.
"Amanda is expecting you, just so you know and she is not happy." Martin said warning me. So my sister sensed I was coming. It is a twin thing.
I walked to the door and slowly opened it. "Why hello, sister dear." Amanda said pissed off as I entered her room.
