Dead in the Water

(Amanda's POV)

"Guess what asshole. I'm back!" I shouted at Ian after I shoved the stake I carried with me into his back.

"What...I killed you." Ian mumbled as he turned around.

"Still not dead. Let's see how well you like to be tortured and die a slow and painful death." I said pulling out the stake Elissa must have staked him in the chest with and then kicking him down to the ground. I sat on top of him as I had him face down on the ground and grinned wickedly, licking my lips as everyone gasped around me. You would think they saw a ghost or something.

I leaned down into Ian's ear and whispered, "Are we having fun yet because the fun is just beginning."

I tuned everyone out including Elissa who just stayed on the ground in shock from where Ian had thrown her. I had all the time and energy in the world. Ian took away the one person I loved the most and he wasn't going to take my sister from me. I was back and with a vengenance because of Martin.

I don't know, maybe a part of him was in me. I had all this anger built up inside me. It was something I think I couldn't have alone. There was too much anger and rage inside me for it to be my own.

I grabbed Ian and then leaped up onto the roof of the mini mansion or whatever place this was we were at in the pouring rain. Then, I thought for a second that I just leaped onto the roof. How cool is that? I looked at Ian and saw fear in his eyes. He was powerless to fight me.

"How?" He mumbled.

"I am like a cat with nine lives. Meow." I said taking a bow. "Because of you, I lost my true love. Now, your going to die!" I said attacking Ian. He tried to fight back but he was losing.

"Elissa! Elissa get your ass up here. I can hold him off all day but I need you to end this!" I yelled as Ian tried to run away from me on the roof.

Ian was about to leap down but Elissa hopped back up on the roof. "Going somewhere?" She asked composed.

"When I say so, kick that stake in his chest as hard as you can. On the count of three." I said as Ian looked to find he had no where to run.

"You may have all this power now but can you handle it?" Ian tried to laugh.

"One!"

"Amanda!" Elissa shouted at me.

"I think I figured it out. This power doesn't belong to you. When you said you lost your love that was that traitor I wanted to pay. Hehe, I guess I got some sort of revenge on him for not joining me." Ian snickered.

"Three!" I yelled not bothering to mention two.

Elissa kicked Ian hard into me where I restaked his back. Her kick knocked her stake completely into his heart along with my stake. We watched as Ian turned to dust and the wind carry his ashes away. Amazingly, the rain stopped.

Elissa grabbed me and hugged me. "I love you sis. We did it! Ian is now gone." She said,

"Amanda?" She said pulling away as I didn't hug her back.

"I...I can't do this right now." I said leaping off the roof and taking off back into the woods.
