Aimee is caught between two realities.
Her own, the one she was raised in, where you and I live in.
Then the one her best friend, Stefan lives in. In that reality, Stefan is dead.
Aimee sees things, things that aren’t always meant to be seen, the dead
They walk around her, talking to each other like a normal everyday life. Those are the good ones, the ones she helps. There is the bad ones. These spirits, known as Shadow People, drain each other of energy and can even kill her.
After becoming face to face with one of these creatures, a new boy shows up in school. He hardly leaves Aimee alone. Every time he’s gone one of the creatures comes around. Aimee doesn't know what it means, but Stefan does.
She must battle between the good and evil of both worlds. While having to save what's left of her best friend’s humanity and her own.
Aimee is put to the test, her best friend or her sanity?
