Jades P.O.V
“What do you have to ask me?” I asked Jerry whilst biting my lip – a habit I never seemed to get out of when I’m around Jerry.
“Um, you know how before we moved, Lexi told me something and I never got to ask if it was true..” He said looking down.
I gulped.
“Yeah..?” I said hesitantly.
“Did you really like me?” He said blushing.
“Yeah…” I whispered.
Jerry smiled and I looked down.
He lifted my face up and leant in. His lips touched mine and fireworks exploded inside my head.
This was my dream come true, I had been in love with Jerry Johns ever since I was five and I fell out of a tree and he helped me and cleaned up my scrapes.
We pulled away and I blushed harder than I ever have before.
Jerry grinned and grabbed my phone.
“Here’s my number” He said giving my phone back and walking to his room.
I was still flying high and I walked back into Alex’s room, still unsure of what had just happened.
I sat down next to Alex.
“Jade, close your mouth you’ll catch flies.” She said laughing.
I shut my mouth and stared at her with disbelief.
“What happened?” She asked suspiciously.
“He um, he kissed me…” I said quietly.
Alex screamed in excitement.
I laughed and felt my phone vibrate.
Jerry:
Jade, I must confess, I really like you and I have for a long time.
I finally let my feelings show and I have to know how you feel now, I know its been a year since we moved but do you still have feelings for me?

I showed Alex the text.
“Aww! Wait, what about Justin?!” She said all of a sudden.
“Crap.” I said, I had forgotten about Justin and to be honest I’m pretty sure I had started to develop feelings for the boy. But after Jerry’s kiss, that just kicked Justin out of my mind.
I replied.
Jade:
Jerry, I tried to get over you after you moved.
That didn’t work.
I still have major feelings for you and I don’t think they’re going away anytime soon..

I read out what I said to Alex and she just ‘aww’d again.
My phone vibrated again.
Jerry:
(: do you wanna go out sometime?
Jerry x
I gasped and so did Alex.
“My best friend and my brother!” Alex shouted.
I laughed.
“This means you can be my sister!” She squealed.
“Yeah haha” I said.

Alex jumped up and grabbed my laptop out of her bag and her laptop from her desk.
Jerry:
Great, I’ll talk to you later, I’m going to work.

I put my phone down and logged onto my laptop and AIM.
Justin was online.
