“O-ok class this quarter we are doing a project!” she stuttered
Groaning erupted from all of the students.
“Oh come on peoples it’s a partnered project!” she explained
Cheering quickly sounded through the room.
“But I’m picking the partners.” She laughed
“Awwwww!” everyone complained
“Hehehe! Ok…um the partners are…Katie and James,”
“Dammit!” a girl said

Everything stopped right there.

I raised my hand, “Yes Ms. Summer?” my teacher called
“Yeah um I can work by myself.”
“You can’t do this assignment without a partner.”
“Oh come on I’d rather work with a wall then him!!!” I bellowed
