A Werewolf Story, Return of the Werewolves
Lets explain al little about the last chapter shall we?
Mari's POV
Okay, so while people THOUGHT I was outside with Sara, I was really inside with Shapefune.
He would let me in, and take me into his room.
"Okay, so what do I do when theres a pair?"
You say 'snap' and try and get it before the other person, and no Werewolf strength or fastness"
"I promise"
We were playing snap.
I was sort of new to the game so I had the keep asking questions.
"Okay, so I put down one card" he took one from the deck.
"Then you put down another" he held my hand an moved it over to the deck, I picked one up and put it on the other card, it was a pair.
I noticed first and put my other hand on top and said "Snap!"
"No fair!" he said, he was laughing.
"It was fair and square, I saw it first, I got the pair"
I took the pair, then Shapefune took another card off the pile.
I took another, the him, the me, then him....
"Snap!"
He got the pair.
"Nice"
"I know" he said with a smile.
He took the pair and I put the next card down.
"snap!" we said at the same time, our hands were touching, my face went red.
"This means war" he said, he took his hand away, I knew what he was doing so I also took my hand away.
"Snap!" we said at the same time again, hands touching again.
"Come ON" I moaned.
"I'm not giving up Mari, and remember, no Werewolf strength or speed"
"I remember" I said low and dangerously, but in a joking sort of way.
He laughed a tiny bit.
We tried to get the pair, but we kept doing it at the same time.
"Try 59, failure" I said.
"Try 60?"
"It'll be the same as the last 59 tries" I said, I was getting tired.
"Lets just give up" we both said eventually.
I started to yawn.
"Go to bed Mari" he said, he also started to yawn.
"Make me" I said sluggishly.
"alright then"
He dragged me across the floor to the bed.
"quit it! I'll get there myself"
I walked over to the bed, and just collapsed onto it.
Shapefune came a few seconds after.
"Do you want me to phase?" I asked.
"Not if you don't want to" he said simply.
"Okay then" I said, I then fell asleep, but I felt someone kiss me on the cheek and say "sweet dreams"
