"What does she want from you?"

Alice stares at me, waiting for my answer.

"I... I don't know."
"Wait a moment. Leanne said something about Daniel, right?"

Alice faces Renn.

"I heard that too. Who's he, Seth?"

I shut my eyes for a few seconds before opening them again.

"Daniel... he's the guy who wants to be more famous than me. He's trying to beat me in the showbiz industry. He wants fame and fortune. Yes, that's it! He's... taking revenge on me."

Aiden raises his eyebrow.

"What the hell?"
"He's popular as hell now. My fans are all heading to his side. Mr. X is mad at me and Nathaniel's pushing me to continue acting again. I'm not sure of what to do anymore."

I rest my head in my hands.
Without expecting it, Alice hugs me tightly.

"Seth, don't forget that I'm here for you."
"Alice is right! I mean, you've got us, remember?"
"They're both right. We'll do anything to help you."

They all smile at me, making me smile back.

"What can I do without you guys?"
"Hey, me too!"

I look up to see Michelle grinning at me.

"You can never live without me by your side."

Nathaniel comes out from the kitchen, his face in a slight smile.
I laugh to myself and look down.

"I just realized that... having met you all, my life became much more meaningful. Yes, fame and fortune... it's awesome to have everything but what can you do without your family and friends? I've only got Nathan and Mr. X with me. Then when I met you..."

I glance at Michelle with admiration.

"When I met you, Michelle, I instantly knew that you were going to help me. I knew from the start that you are a really kind person. And well... I'm always right."

She giggles.

"Aww, you're so sweet, Seth!"
"And then... when I first saw your daughter..."

I turn to Alice, her face reddening.

"I fell in love at first sight. She is such an interesting girl. When you, Alice, said that you hated me, I felt so happy deep within. I knew that you were the ideal girl for me. I like how you talk, the way you frown and smile..."

Alice grabs the nearest pillow and covers her face.

"Stop it, Seth. You're making me blush!"
"Ahaha, sorry."
"And how about us, Seth?"

Renn crosses her arms and looks at me fiercely.

"Idiot. Of course you and Aiden make a part of my life."
"Aww, you idiot! Making me blush..."

Aiden laughs at Renn's sarcastic comment.

"Thank you, everyone. I really appreciate what all of you have done to me."

They all gave me sincere smiles when Nathan approaches me.
He winks at me and stands beside me.

"Excuse me."

They all stop, their eyes glued and ears on Nathan.

"We are a family and we will help each other until the end. We will never fall apart, we will always stick together no matter what. Since Seth has a problem right now with Daniel, we will help make Seth's popularity rise again. So, are you all in?"

I smile.

Nathaniel is, indeed, my true hero.

"Of course I am!"

Renn raises her hand high.

"Totally in!"

Michelle nods her head in agreement.

"I agree with Nathaniel."

Aiden shrugs his shoulders and grins.
I look at Alice who lets go of the pillow.

"It's a yes, of course."

She smiles shyly and runs to hug me.
I look up and do a thumbs up at Nathan.
He does the same and whispers something in my ear.

"I will always be with you until the end."
