What's The Worst That Can Happen

(Mike's P.O.V)

'Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!' was the only thing I could think of at this point in time. I just stared into Elizabeth eyes knowing she would never agree to this. She had her whole life ahead of her, and so did Jennyfer. Both of them would never go through with it. But they had no choice. Their fate was chosen for them the minute we exposed what we truly were.

"Alex..." I started but could finish.

"I know...lets just talking about it. Okay." he told me. I just nodded and we told the girls we would be right back, and for Camille to keep her mouth shut.

We headed to the usual stop to talk: the study. Alexander took his seat at the desk and I just took on of the seat in front of him. We just look at each other for a moment not wanting to admit that we were idiots for not remember what the consequences were for a human finding out that we exist.

"How are we going to tell them?" I asked looking down at the floor. I head Lex sign.

"I don't know- we both know they won't accept this let alone go through with it either," He said rubbing his hands over his face.

"They don't have a choice- God how could of been so fucking stupid to forget the consequences!" I said standing up and pacing.

"And we both know what will happen if they don't go through with it." He said spacing out. Just thinking about that makes me feel sick.

"Don't remind me." I muttered still pacing.

"They have so much ahead of them. Who are they to choice what should happen. They're not ready for something like this. Yeah maybe in a few years I was thinking of asking Iz...but its being forced this is ridiculous!" I ranted while Alexander just sit there like a sack of potatoes doing nothing while I'm fucking freaking out over here!

Are you just gonna fucking sit there and do nothing, or try and do something about this, Lex?!"I almost shouted but didn't want the girls to hear and worry. We just stare at each other until I finally understand.

"Your seriously going to make her go through with this! Are you insane?!" I shouted this time.

"If it saved her then yes! Okay? I rather her go through with this than lose her altogether. And don't lie you know you would do the same with Elizabeth." He said standing up hands leaning on the desk glaring at me.

But he was right. I'd do anything to keep her safe and if this does then so be it.

(Jenny's P.O.V)

I heard more shouting, but tried to ignore it best I could. I really wanted to know what was going on. I can't stand not knowing something when I know its about me, and Izzy. And Cam was not helping either she keep trying to distract us or tried changing the subject. I sign giving up. Its not use she wasn't going to tell us.

Finally we hear some foot steps coming our way and in the passage way to the living the guy stand there with frustrated faces on like they were fighting the urge to beat each others faces. Which was weird they never fight. Well not any that I knew of anyways.

"Babe, can I talk to you for a minute?" Red ask Izzy and she nodded getting off the couch and intertwined their hands and walked off.

The perfect couple right? I sign again thinking they had it so easy. I wanted that. Just something so simple you didn't even have to try.

"Can I talk to you too, Jenny?" Alexander ask.

I got up from the couch and followed him to the library. Which is awesome by the way. I could spend hours there, but back to the point. I wanted to know what was going on. We finally got to the big oak doors as he pushed them open and I followed him to another area with three small couches. We sat next to each other. We sat in silence for a few minutes until I couldn't take it anymore.

"Okay what's going on?" I asked annoyed. He signed

"Okay well first I just wanna say that I'm sorry. Mike and I were idiotic for not realizing this sooner." He signed and moved closer next to me and taking my hands in his. Ours eyes lock again and he knows he can tell me anything right now.

"Please just tell me." I whispered still looking at him.

"...Well once a human knows that we exist there are consequences..." he trailed off not wanting to say it.

"What kind of consequences?" I ask my voice shaky.

"Well, there's this council of vampire who make up the
rules. My uncles one of them Camille's father actually and the law states that Once a human knows the truth about our existence he or she must accept the proposal of said vampire and if said human refuses he or she will be sentenced to death so basically-" but I cut him of before he could get any further.

"So its either m-marry you, or they k-kill me." I finished his sentence with tears running down my face.
