Susanne Ford may be a psychologist but that doesn't mean her problems are easy to fix. After being dissapointed in love, she uses a a job offer in West-Chester PA as an excuse to flee hor hometown. She not only gets the job but also a bunch of friendly but crazy neighbours: Bam Margera, his wife Missy and his friends Ryan, Angie, Raab, Novak, Dico, Tim, Greta and Rake.
