Things are harder now. In the beginning it was all about fun and games, being the people we had really wanted to be all along. It was about finding the happiness in a truck stop diner, or at the end of an old horror movie. Things were easier then, much brighter. The smiles on everyone's faces brought a light into our secluded world that just shined and exploded all the way around the room. But things are harder now.
