Holly is your average teenager. Not really. She's smart, stays in school, and she's straight edge. The only thing is that she doesn't get along with her parents.
When she was younger things used to be so different. Her parents were kind and she was always told about magical places that she wished she could go. And everything changed when her father lost his job and it was left to her mother to get a job.
After that, she was left in the care of her father who had mental issues and ended up almost losing his life after overdosing on heroin. She then started to distance herself from him in fear of losing him.
She also noticed that he had started thinking that if he did stuff that she would in turn do the same thing. But the reality of the matter is that she would never do what he did, because she was scared just watching him go through that. And she wishes that someone would come and take her away from it all, because she can't handle fighting with him anymore.
