Sequel: Car Crash Hearts
Status: Completed.

Brooklyn

Brooklyn.

"So you're really leaving?" Hally asked.

"No, I'm just stuffing my clothes into bags for the hell of it." I said sarcastically.

"Sorry...."

I grabbed the bag I had just finished packing and jumped out of the van.

"Did you book a flight for me?" I asked.

"Yeah." She nodded. "Right before Jack came out."

"Okay..."

"Yeah."

"I'm gonna go say bye." I said.

We walked inside.

"Hey guys." I smiled. Thankfully Jack wasn't in there.

"I'm gonna miss you, daughter." Alex smiled, hugging me.

"Yeah." The other guys wrapped their arms around me.

"Forget about the douche." Alex laughed.

"He's your best friend." I looked at him weirdly.

"Eh." He shrugged, making me giggle a little.

"I'm sorry for saying you'd be a horrible daughter!" Matt said, hugging me again.

"I'm sorry for saying you'd be a horrible dog." I smiled.

They all frowned and hugged me again.

"Guys! I have to breath!"

They all released me.

"Um...Brook, your flight leaves soon." Hally said, frowning.

I nodded. "Okay."

"I'll drive you to the airport?" Matt suggested.

"Yeah, okay."

After a few more goodbyes, everyone had left.

"Call me everyday!" Hally said.

"I'll try." I laughed.

Hally hugged me before walking over to the couch.

"Hey Alex?" I asked.

"Yeah?" He walked over to me.

"Tell Jack bye for me. And tell him he's a douche."

He cracked a smile. "Will do."

"Alrighty, miss Brooklyn, let's head out to the airport." Matt said.

I nodded and grabbed my bag. "Okay."

When we were halfway to the Airport, Matt parked in a Wal-Mart.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Hold on, I'll be right back." He jumped out of the car.

I sighed and looked around.

How long was he gonna take?

I flicked on the radio. Commercials filled the van. I flicked it off quickly.

"Alright, I'm back!" He said opened the door. He had his arm behind his back, like he was hiding something.

"What do you have?" I asked.

"A present!" He handed me a fuzzy brown stuffed bear.

"Aww."

"You need a name for it!" He started the car again.

"You name it."

"Alright." He paused. "Matt Bear!"

"Matt Bear it is, then." I smiled.

A little while later we were at the Airport.

"Bye." He hugged me one more time and then looked down at Matt Bear. "Bye bye, Matt Bear." I giggled.

"I'll miss you. And tell everyone else I'll miss then." I said.

"Okay-"

My flight name filled the airport.

I sighed. "See ya."

"Yeah."

I grabbed my bag in one hand and held Matt Bear by the hand, like I was walking with a little kid, in my other.

My phone started vibrating.

'Don't forget, Matt Bear likes coffee in the mornings.-Matt'

I turned around to see him smirking from afar.

I shook my head and laughed.

'Okay, sure. -Brook'

And with that, I grabbed a plastic container and put my phone into it, walking into the line.

California, I'm coming back.
