Melody Jefferson has been planning to go to Monroeville Executive Pre-Professional Academy, or The Academy for short, her entire life. During her junior year, the mysterious Marino twins show up. And her heart might go crazy every time Dante walks by; out of fear and something else she can't describe. But then people in town start turning up... dead.
When secrets are uncovered and pieces of the past reappear, the world as Melody knows it is turned upside down. She struggles with the new definition of reality and faces the consequences of being a true know-it-all.
