Car Crash Hearts

I opened the door with my two large stuffed animals balanced in my other hand.

I walked into the bus.

"You got Matt Bear friends!" Matt laughed. He grabbed the blue bear from my hands and sat him down next to Matt Bear.

"Oh! You got him TWO friends!" He grabbed the Pink Rabbit.

"What should we name them?" He asked.

"Does it matter?" Jack laughed.

"Well then! We're obviously not naming one of them after YOU!" Matt stuck his tongue out at Jack.

"Wow, Matt. I feel heart broken." He said.

"Moving on," Hally smirked. "How was your date with Santino?"

"It wasn't a date." I said, sitting down on the couch.

"Yes it was. You think he's cu-"

I glared at Matt.

"You think he's cute!" Hally said.

Alex's eyes kept flicking over to Jack.

"No I don't." I crossed my arms.

Jack stood up. "I'll be back later." He walked out of the bus.

"Brook," Rian said.

"'What?" They were all looking at me with stern looks.

Okay, what was going on?

"You should talk to him." Zack said.

"Umm-" I started to say.

"You need to,B." Alex said. "He's been a big douche since you left."

"Three years of douche-ness can get pretty annoying!" Matt laughed.

"That's not my problem." I crossed my arms.

"PLEASE?" Hally begged.

"But he-"

"PLEASE?" Matt asked.

"But I-"

"PLEASE!?" They all asked.

"Why should I?"

"Because you missed our wedding!" Alex and Hally said.
It's true. I did miss it.

I sighed. "Fine!" I gave in. "But I won't be happy about it."

They all smirked.

"What now?" I asked.

"Nothing." Matt shrugged.

"Now, go talk to the douche!" Alex dragged me out of my seat on the couch. Everyone started shoving me out the door.

"Hey-I said that-No!" They slammed the door shut once they had gotten me off the bus.

I looked around outside, trying to find Jack. There he was, over by The Maine's bus talking to John.

I walked over to them. "Hey guys." I smiled weakly.

"Hey." John smiled. Jack didn't do anything.

"Can I talk to you?" I asked Jack.

He looked over at me for a minute. "Sure, why not." Jack looked over at John. John nodded and went inside his bus.

"So, what do you want?" He asked.

"Honestly, no clue."

He raised his eyebrows.

"Seriously!" I put my hands up.

"I thought you were trying to avoid me." He said.

I was.

"Um-Well..." I don't know what to say.

"Well?"

"I don't know!" I almost started laughing at my own stupidity.

"You know I am sorry."

We started walking along the pavement.

"Really?"

"Yeah." He nodded. Jack stopped where he was standing. "Brooklyn?"

"Yeah?" I looked over at him.

"I have to tell you something,"

I nodded.

"I think I," He was staring at me.

"Oh. That's...nice." I said in a really high pitched voice. It's something I've started to do when I get nervous.

I laughed nervously. "I-i-i better go check on Matt Bear! He could be...dying right now...or something. Yeah, dying!" I shouted, running as fast as I can to the bus. I didn't dare look back at his reaction.

"I HATE YOU ALL." I screamed when I got on the bus.

They all looked over at me. "Why?"

"BECAUSE HE SAID HE STILL LOVES ME!" I stormed over to my bunk, sat down, and closed the curtain.

"WHAT?! Brook! You guys said you loved each other when you two were dating and you never told me!?" Hally said, opening the curtain.

"We never said we loved each other." I crossed my arms.

"Then he loved you then, and he loves you now!" She exclaimed.

"O-M-G! There's a shocker." Alex said sarcastically.

"Yeah, we all knew he did." Rian shrugged.

"It's not that big of a deal. All you have to do is forgive him and you two can make some B-E-A-utiful babies." Matt giggled, yes, he giggled.

Alex laughed with him. "Yeah, but Matt, don't go all Jacob Black with their babies and fall in love with them or some shit."

Everyone laughed, but me. "This isn't funny!" I pouted.

"It would be if you went out there and told him you loved him back." Matt shrugged.

I glared at him. "How would THAT be funny!?"

"I dunno." He shrugged, "I just want you to go do that."

"Screw you all!" I shouted.

Jack came on the bus and looked around, then at me.

He walked over past Hally, got in his bunk and closed the curtain.

I got out my bunk and walked over to the couch to sit next to Matt.

"Will you just go say 'I love you, too' already?" He whispered to me.

"Shut up." I whispered back.
