Not everybody knows that Ares has a twin.

Of course, everybody does know that the gods were often violent, selfish, and who can forget lustful? Who would notice the quiet, unnoticed Irene, who, unlike her brother, was often left out, and finally, dismissed altogether? Who never got her chance to sit in her rightful place at the council, keeping the peace, like she was meant to?

It was for a reason that Ares won. For Ares had the ability he never should have gained.

He could kill the Peace.

And that's why Irene never had a chance.
