Three years and eleven months has passed since Gabriel left Ellarie. She moved to a small apartment with her child, got mulitple jobs, started college as a child psychiatrist, and a boyfriend. She left almost everyone and everything in her past... until she see's Gabriel one day buying groceries at the Grigori Supermarket she works at.

He moved into a small condo by with Janine and her son, took over the Williams' Motor Car Company, finished college early, and has a mysterious love life. He came back for everyone and everything he's left behind... Even Ellarie. But when he crosses paths with his ex-fiancée, he gets anything but a warm smile.
