Charlotte Merriweather is still at WEA. It's been a year since all of the drama went down, and it's the middle of July. She's still with Matt. Brian always seems like he's jealous of him, but Charlotte tries to ignore it.

Rodney came back after showing perfect behavior at Juvie. Charlotte is scared to death to leave Matt's side and Matt's scared to leave Charlotte alone.

Rodney already has his eyes set on getting revenge the only way he knows how.

Take Charlotte.

She knows. So does Matt.

Matt comes up with the genius idea to run away from WEA with Charlotte. Brian won't let Charlotte go with him alone. Johnny, Zacky, and Jimmy insist on going with them.

None of them know how far the WEA administration will go to get them back.
