Donnelly And the Necklace
Farewell Wizard
He made an angry grunt and shot lightning at us. Arden and I flew back into the wall.
Arden and me felt willpower. Arden and I knew that this is an important fight and it all comes down to this. We both shot with fire. I was shocked that it didn’t hurt my hand this time. He successfully blocked Arden’s blast but mine hit him by surprise and he flew back into the wall. It seemed pointless. He just got up like nothing happened and struck us with more lightning I dodged it but Arden was hit and hit hard. He was down and was too weak to fight more. Arden! You must fight! I cannot fight him without you! Yes you can Donnelly. Use your necklace! Just harness its power. Focus! The wizard laughed at my attempts to use the necklace but then it started to glow and the wizard seemed frightened.
I shot out a final blast. I wasn’t sure what element I even did I blasted him with an incredibly large blast of spiraling green energy. The wizard attempted to block it but could not. Soon enough he was thrown against the wall knocked out and scared all over. I felt the power of the necklace flowing through me. I blasted Arden with a small blast that seemed to heal him. It’s as if the necklace taught me advanced magic. I prayed for my parents and thanked them for this blessing they have gave me. I grabbed the artifact and teleported me and Arden back to Gerard. I rushed to the kitchen to see Gerard laying there past out. I checked his pulse and found that he was hardly breathing. I said a quick blessing for Gerard and held the staff to Gerard and my necklace and the staff started to glow. I prayed for it to work and then the too artifacts glowed even harder and then Gerard glowed as well. When it all stopped Gerard opened his eyes and seemed to be breathing normally. I started to cry and hugged Gerard. Gerard began to speak. Donnelly thank you, you saved me. I said nothing but kept hugging him. Then I remembered about Arden. Gerard, this is Arden. I met him along the way. Without him I could not have saved you. Nice to meet you, said Gerard. Nice to meet you too, Arden returned. This was an adventure ill never forget. I made a friend who became like another brother to me. Arden moved in with Gerard and I. I learned what my necklace was about, used my magic for good, and me Gerard and Arden lived happily ever after. I,
