Yet Another Vampire Slave Story
Trent woke up the next morning and looked at Star across the room. She still faced the wall and still sleeping. It really kills him that he hurt her so badly. He got out of bed and ready for the day. He made the bed before he left the room. He headed down to the dinning hall for breakfast and sat at the table with Tony and Kyle. "Hey man, you okay"? Tony asked
"Yea dude, you look like you got hit by a monster truck" Kyle said
"I feel like shit" Trent said with his head in his hands as his usual breakfast was brought to him and placed in front of him.
"What happened?" Kyle asked
"Remember when I hit Star last night at dinner because she made the squeaking sound?" Trent asked
"Yea. By the way how did she make that sound?" Tony asked
"She hiccupped, she fucking hiccupped! I slapped her because she hiccupped and he hiccups come out as squeaks. I didn't let her explain herself, she just said that she made it and then I slapped her. I made her cry herself to sleep and it killed me" Trent said as he then started to eat but still had his head in one hand.
"You really care about her, dont you?" Tony asked
"Yes, and it kind of surprises me how much I do" Trent said
"You think you love her, don't you?" Kyle asked
"I think so. And now I'm afraid that I scared her and she won't talk to me" Trent said sadly
"Well that's something you have to figure out and work on yourself. Good luck with that too" Tony said
"Thanks. Well I'm going to bring her some breakfast" Trent said as he got up, grabbed his plate and walked into the kitchen.
"Sir, is there anything wrong with your food?" the chef asked
"No, there never is Stephen. Ummm can you put my breakfast in one of those carry boxes and make some more scrambled eggs with cheese and tater tots as well?" Trent asked
"Of course sir. Coming right up" Stephen said
"Thank you" Trent said. No more than 10 minutes later he was heading to his room with two Styrofoam boxes with his breakfast and Star's inside them. He hated it but he knew that he was gunna have to tell Star his true feelings towards her if he ever wants her to talk to him again. And that he wanted. He also had two rice bags for Star's cheek and neck.
He walked into his room to see that Star was just laying there on her side. She was dressed so Trent knew she was awake. He shut the door behind him and walked to Star. "I brought you some breakfast" Trent said as he made Star sit up and scoot her way into the corner of the bed and against the wall. Trent sighed as he handed Star her food and a plastic fork. She slowly ate and Trent tried to talk to her as he finished his own breakfast. "Does your neck hurt?" Trent asked as Star nodded her head. At vampire speed he placed on of the rice bags around her neck. She jumped at the sudden coldness but continued to eat just a little bit shakier now.
"Does your cheek hurt?" Trent asked as Star shook her head.
"Look Star, I'm sorry. I should've had you explain it instead I just slapped you. And I know that it hurt like hell because of how strong vampires are. I'm so sorry" Trent said as Star just nodded her head and ate.
"Do you forgive me?" Trent asked and Star shrugged
"Will you ever talk to me again?" Trent asked as Star once again shrugged
"Are you even listening to what I'm saying?" Trent asked and Star nodded
"Do you care what I'm saying?" Trent asked and Star nodded.
"When you told me that you hiccupped and you ran to your bed, it killed me. I sat in my bed and just looked at you. It killed me that I made you cry, that I hurt you with no actual reason. And I'm terribly sorry for that. I really like you, more than I thought I would and I don't know what to do. You dont know this but you not talking to me kills me" Trent said
Maybe then you shouldn't have slapped me. You should have allowed me to explain myself. Or maybe it would have been easier if you left me alone on the streets. And I am NO ONE'S PROPERITY! Star thought. She knew that Trent was reading her mind because she wouldn't talk and he wants to know how she feels.
"I don't know how many times i have to say this, but Star, I'm beyond sorry that I slapped you. I wish I could take it back, but I can't. And the thought of you being alone on the streets would make my heart heavy, so no it wouldn’t have been easier to leave you there. And I know that you are no one's property. That's why I'm releasing you from slavery" Trent said and took off Star's collar. She now finished eating. When she was done Trent threw the containers away and then placed the second rice bag against Star's bruised cheek. Trent moved in closer slowly and soon he gently placed his pierced lips against Star's pierced lips.
His lips were cold and it was a little difficult because his snake bite piercings collided with Star's own snake bite piercings. Star sat there wide-eyed. She knew that Trent likes her, he told her so, she just wasn't expecting a kiss. Just when Star decided to kiss back, there was a knock at the door. Trent broke away and answered the door; he half expected Star to kiss back. He opened the door to see Tony, Kyle and their servants behind them. "We wanted to check up on Star" Tony said
"Yea, you hit her pretty hard" Kyle said
"Yea, she's not talking to me" Trent said as he allowed them to walk into his room. "Star, you have company" Trent said
"Dude, what the hell did you do to her?" Tony asked
"Nothing! She's just still like this because I slapped her" Trent said looking down.
"Star, are you okay?" Kyle asked and Star nodded her head.
"That's how she's been talking to me" Trent said
"Well you did slap her because she hiccupped. I would be afraid to breath or speak when you're in the room" Tony said.
Star just sat in the corner of the bed, against the wall and just hugged her knees. She was thinking back to the kiss she got like 5 minutes ago. "Dude, this is depressing" Tony said
"Yea, we'll go and let you try to get Star to talk again" Kyle said as he, Tony and their servants left the room. Trent shut the door behind them and then walked to Star and sat close to her. "I'm sorry. I just wanted you to remember that I have a good side. I really, really like you, and the kiss just happened" Trent said
"No, it's okay" Star said wicked quietly and shaky
"Wait, did you just speak?" Trent asked happily and Star nodded
"Sorry about the kiss" Trent said
"Don't be, after a few seconds I started to enjoy it" Star said still quiet and blushing.
"You didn't kiss back so I thought it was a wrong move to kiss you" Trent said
"No, I didn't kiss back because it startled me. I wasn't excepting it" Star said
"You said you enjoyed the kiss?" Trent asked with a smile
"Yea. I was going to actually kiss you back but your friends knocked on the door" Star said and Trent smiled and brought Star into a kiss slowly as he didn't want to startle her. She kissed back and slowly left the corner of her bed. Trent just smiled and soon he broke the kiss and just smiled at her.
