It makes me sad that there are so many people in the world who don't realize how beautiful they are. This is why I try and make people happy. Because I think that a person's smile- a true smile- is their most beautiful feature. And beauty is something that I don't take lightly. I don't throw the term 'beautiful' around like so many others do. A person's beauty is their essence, the way they hold themselves, the things they do - not just physical characteristics.
I say nice things because I mean it. I compliment people because they deserve to hear it and who knows if they do hear it or not? I can tell a person is beautiful through just the words they write. And when I write back I can only hope they're smiling on the other side of the computer screen.
I'm no saint. I'm not perfect. I've said mean things before. I've done even stupider things. But I know that every single person deserves the ability to feel beautiful. Which is why I try so hard to make that happen.
Words hurt. But they can also heal. Please remember that. <3
