Just that One Click can change Everything

I started to wake up. My eyes were still close, but I could feel the sun on me. And then I heard Violet. But I think she was downstairs. I scratched my eyes and got up. I went towards Violets dresser, and choose something to wear. I walked downstairs. It smelled good, like pancakes and bacon.

“Hi.” I said shyly.

“Feeling better?”

“A little.”

“What happened yesterday?”

“Can I eat first?”

“Yeah hold on and also I am still mad at you so don’t think were friends again.”

I was so confused! If she was mad at me then she didn’t have to pick me up. I felt like leaving now. Why would I stay at someone’s house when they are mad at me?
She brought the food, and smiled.

I gave her a dirty look.

“I’m just joking, I am not mad at you no more”

At that moment I hugged her and I started crying.

“Don’t cry, eat”

I started to eat. But I was scared still. I was getting flash backs. I want to know what happened to me yesterday. I don’t remember drinking anything. I only drank soda. But now my future is waiting for me. And it is not good, it is bad. But I wanted so badly to be popular again, and this is what happened. I should have just stayed, with my real friends.
