Just that One Click can change Everything

*** One year later ***

"Hey Em!" Rana shouted.

I ran over to my friends. All 5 of us sat in front of the tree. We asked some kid to take a picture of us. We looked at the picture, knowing that this is it. We don't need nobody else but each other.

The bell rang. We walked into school. I saw Ashley. She looked at me with a sorry face, like she was missing something. I looked away. I locked arms with Bailey and Violet. Once we walked past Ashley and her group, Ashley started laughing.

I knew that was her fake laugh. She was jealous. That I had true friends, people that weren't afraid or just being friends with someone for their own popularity.

I unhooked arms with Bailey and Violet. And walked up to Ashley.

"Do you want to come with us to the park after school?"

"Um sure. I would like that."

I smiled to her. And walked away.

"Em why did you do that?"

"Violet, its called being a better person, no matter how badly that person has hurt you."

"I can learn a lot from you."

"Come on guys, lets get to class. "
