“Remember in the interview we did today,” Jacks whispered; his voice nervous, wavering. “When she asked us if we would date each other?”

“Yes Jack,” Alex replied; stifling a yawn with the back of his hand.

“Were you serious when you said you would date me?” Jack studied his hands that were clutching the edge of Alex’s bunk.

Could one simple interview question make all the difference?

Could one little question change their relationship forever?

“Would you ever date each other?”

For Jack Barakat, the answer was simple. But what about for Alex?
