Let's take a trip back to 2008. Bill Kaulitz just got out of surgery for the removal of the cyst that caused him to cancel Tokio Hotel's tour. The surgery started well, but further in the doctor's scalpel slipped, slicing into Bill's vocal cords. It was an accident, but the damage is done.

Now Bill has to learn to live in his new life, and that means taking up ASL...
