“I’m so sorry I’m late!” the blonde exclaimed as she sat in front of Soya, causing Soya to pause in her sip of coffee as she blinked and focused before smiling at Isolde.

“It’s fine, just got here myself.”

“So sweet of you to lie.” Isolde laughed. “Now, what are you drinking? ‘Cause if it has caffeine I want one.”

Soya laughed. “It’s just black coffee.”

“Well, that’s boring.” Isolde sighed. “I’ll be back.”

Soya nodded watching as Isolde left the table and walked to the counter. That woman did not need any more caffeine, she thought while putting her mug down and picking at the breakfast sandwich she had ordered.

“So, tell me, what have you been up to?” Isolde asked once she was back at the table, taking her green camera bag, which also doubled as her messenger bag, off her shoulder and setting it on the floor.

“Nothing really.” Soya laughed. “I see your hair’s grown out though.”

Isolde touched the ends of her hair that now fell past her shoulders and instead of having the blue streak she had in her hair the last time Soya had seen her, it was now black. “I can’t decide whether I want it short or long, I’m letting it grow out until I get tired of it. Josef’s probably told you how indecisive I am.”

“He may have mentioned it.” Soya laughed

“So tell me, where’s that man of yours? Did I scare him off with my tenacious will? I tend to do that.”

Soya shook her head as she brought her mug to her lips, sipping on her coffee before answering Isolde. “No, he and his brother had plans this morning, I’m to pick him up when we’re ready to take the pictures, but I am wearing his shirt.” Soya said looking down at the Black Sabbath shirt she’d put on with her tan jeans and grey converse. She’d mostly worn the shirt because she knew it would annoy Ville since it was one of his favorites. “So he’s with us in spirit.”

“Are you two going to talk to me?” Isolde teased.

Soya laughed, “He’s still deciding whether or not he wants to be quoted.”

“And you?” Isolde asked.

“I’m free to talk,” Soya admitted slowly. “That doesn’t mean I’ll answer all your questions, though.”

“Fair enough.” Isolde smiled, reaching down into her bag to get her tape recorder. She was about to ask Soya if she wanted to start, only for a male voice to cut her off.

“Soya! Fancy seeing you here again! How’s the head?”

“Better, no thanks to you.” Soya teased, as she accepted the kiss Jussi placed on her cheek, before he sat next to her. “Isolde, this is…”

“Jussi Vuori.” Isolde finished sticking out her hand. “You can’t be friends with Josef without knowing everything about The 69 Eyes. I’m Isolde Caspari.”

Jussi frowned at her as he shook her hand, taking her in. Blonde curly hair with a black streak that was tucked behind her ear, bright blue wide eyes and large pouty lips covered in some type of gloss. She was wearing an ivory blouse, and a pair of black loose pants held by suspenders, while she wore black bootie heels on her feet. “You look familiar.” He said shaking her hand.

“I get that a lot.” Isolde said with a shrug, taking her hand back. “I worked and lived in Hels for about a year before moving.”

“What kind of work?” Jussi asked before he and Isolde looked up at the waitress as she placed their coffee and food in front of them and refilled Soya’s cup, causing them to thank her.

“Yes, Jussi, you can join us.” Soya teased lightly, causing him to wink at her as he took a sip of coffee.

“When I lived here I only modeled, but I’m mostly a photographer now. I still model every once in a while though.”

Jussi nodded slowly. “I must have seen something you did then.”

Isolde shrugged, a tiny smile on her face, giving Jussi the impression that she held some type of secret, “Probably.”

Jussi looked at her, “You have any tattoos?”

“Um…” Isolde looked at Soya who shrugged, before looking back at Jussi. “A few.” She admitted. “But they get photoshopped out during my shoots, so you probably haven’t seen them.”

Jussi nodded again. “Yeah, probably.”

Isolde shook her head before reaching into her bag once again, grabbing her tape recorder and setting it on the table. “Is it all right if I record our conversation Soya? I’ll edit it when I write the article, and like I told you, before it gets published I’ll send you a copy so you can trash it before I even publish it.”

“It’s fine, Isolde; go ahead.”

“I told you.” Isolde said, pressing record. “Friends call my Iz.”

“Sorry.” Soya laughed taking another drink of her coffee.

“So tell me how you and Ville met, I read somewhere that he said you were old friends, but no one’s really heard the story.”

“Take off your shirt.” Jussi said, still staring at her.

“Jussi!” Soya exclaimed hitting his arm.

Isolde laughed, turning off her recorded. “It’s fine, Soya, believe it or not, I get that a lot too.” She turned to Jussi. “Yes, I posed nude for Erotiikan Maailma.” she said with a roll of her eyes. “Showing you my tits isn’t going to help with you remembering where you saw my face.”

Jussi chuckled, drinking his coffee. “Wasn’t your tits I was interested in seeing, though from what I remember, you had quite the pair.”

“Jussi!” Soya groaned covering her face as she blushed.

“You have a very unique tattoo on you.” Jussi smirked, watching as Isolde smirked back.

“An Ankh isn’t very unique.” Isolde told him. “And I didn’t get it because of your stupid little band.”

‘Stupid little band’.” Jussi repeated very amused by the woman that sat in front of him. “Right.”

Isolde rolled her eyes. “I don’t have to explain why I have an Ankh on me.”

“And in such an intimate place too.” Jussi smirked.

“Jus!” Soya admonished, staring at her friend in disbelief.

“It’s fine.” Isolde said to Soya, never taking her eyes off Jussi. “You know, you may think that this whole charm thing you’re trying is making me weak at the knees, but all I really want to do is kick you where it hurts. I posed nude once, if you liked the shoot so much go look at it in the sticky magazine you probably have stashed underneath your mattress like the sixteen year old you’re acting like.”

Jussi chuckled before turning to Soya. “Are you cooking tonight?”

Soya blinked. “What?”

“Are you cooking tonight? I’ve been eating out all week, I wouldn’t mind a home cooked meal.”

“Are you inviting yourself to dinner? Because I won’t be in my flat tonight, I’ll be over at Ville’s.”

“How long have you been there, by the way?” Jussi asked with a raised eyebrow.

“At Ville’s?” Soya asked slowly. “I don’t know…past two nights I think, Jus, are you okay?”

“Fine.” Jussi shrugged. “Just thinking how the guys and I have a gig tomorrow, then you and Ville are off to Berlin and Spain for a week, and when you come back we’re starting our acoustic tour, so we won’t see each other.”

“Aw, Jus, are you going to miss us?” Soya teased pinching his cheek.

Jussi shrugged. “I think it’d be nice if we all got together for the night.”

“All? As in?” Soya prompted.

“You know, everyone.” Jussi shrugged.

Soya laughed. “Jussi, sweetie, as much as I love the idea, you have to talk that up with Ville. Everyone isn’t going to fit in my flat, and Ville’s the one with the large yard.”

Jussi nodded. “I’ll give him a call,” he looked back at Isolde who was watching both of them amused. “How about if you come?”

Isolde blinked. “Me?”

“Soya’s told us that you’re going to take pictures of her and Ville.”

“I am.” Isolde said slowly.

“You’re not going to get anything better of them unless they’re candid.” Jussi shrugged. “Bring your camera.”

“Jus, you still have to talk to Ville before you start making plans.” Soya reminded.

“He’ll say yes.” Jussi assured.

“Yes, after you nag him to death.” Soya laughed.

Jussi turned back to Isolde. “You’ll probably even get some information about these two from all of us that they won’t tell you.” He pushed his empty plate away before standing up. “But that’s up to you. Soya I have to go, rehearsals and all that shit.”

Soya nodded as he kissed her cheek. “All right, and if Ville says no, leave it alone Jus.”

“I know.” Jussi said with a roll of his eyes, before picking up Isolde’s hand, kissing the back of it with a smirk. “It was a pleasure meeting you Isolde, I have to say, you’re even more beautiful clothed then you are naked.”

With that said, he sent her a wink, sauntering out of the café while pulling his coat tighter around him.

Isolde frowned as she curled her fingers into her palm as Soya looked at her. “You okay? I don’t know what’s wrong with him; he’s usually not that…forward…at least around me.”

“No, yeah, I’m fine.” Isolde nodded dropping her hand onto her lap. “I’ve come across worse.” She clicked on her recorder, avoiding looking at the piece of paper Jussi had slipped her before smiling at Soya. “So tell me, how did you and Ville really meet?”

Soya laughed as she started telling the story of how she and Ville met, answering the simple questions Isolde asked, as to how she and Ville got separated, and how they reconnected. It wasn’t as odd talking about her relationship as she thought it would be, Isolde made it comfortable for her, getting Soya out of her monosyllabic responses to elaborate on her answers.

“You know,” Isolde said turning off her tape recorder. “As much as I hate to admit it, Vuori is right.”

“Jussi? What was he right about?”

“That I would get much better pictures of you and Ville while candid.”

“Ah.” Soya laughed.

“I mean, we can do what I originally had planned, but fuck it, I really love the idea of getting candids of you, Ville and your friends.” Isolde grinned.

Soya laughed. “I still don’t know if we’re all even getting together.”

“Well, if you do, then we’ll do the candids, and if not, then I’m still here tomorrow and we can do what I had originally planned.”

“Which was?” Soya asked, curious to know what the blond had planned.

“Not telling.” Isolde laughed. “But Josef told me that it’s been your dream to play Odette in Swan Lake.”

“Ah, not a dream, more like wishful hoping.” Soya laughed.

“Well, I found her costume, and Josef says you’re an amazing dancer, I’d love to take pictures of you.”

Soya blushed, drinking the rest of her coffee. “Josef really called me ‘amazing’?”

“Best partner he’s ever had.” Isolde said with a grin.

Soya scoffed. “Now I know you’re just putting words in his mouth, but it does sound like fun.”

Isolde shrugged. “And if you want to pick up Ville and take him to the studio…” she hedged.

Soya laughed. “Fine, I’ll give in, give me the address to the studio and I’ll give Ville a call, make sure he’s ready to be picked up.”

“I thought he had plans with his brother, shouldn’t he be ready?” Isolde asked with a raised eyebrow.

“I left him lying in bed in his boxers; his brother was already downstairs waiting for him. For all I know, Ville is still in those boxers.” Soya laughed. “And please don’t quote me on that.”

“I won’t.” Isolde laughed as she wrote the address on a napkin and handed it to Soya. “Meet there in say…an hour?”

“Perfect.” Soya nodded, putting the napkin in her purse and getting up from the table as she followed Isolde out. “I can see why Josef loves you so much.”

Isolde laughed. “Do you? Because most days he hates me.”

Soya laughed. “He talks about you all the time; it’s awful that it took us this long to meet.”

Isolde nodded as she leaned against Soya’s car. “I’ve been to a few of your performances, but I never wait around for Josef as he takes forever to get ready. I tend to just wait for him at the restaurant, and I’m selfish, I love having him to myself for the couple of hours I get to see him.”

“He’s told me.” Soya smiled. “I don’t blame you, I was like that with Ville when we first started our relationship; the difference is that I have to share him.”

“Why?”

“Our friends make it hard not to.” Soya laughed. “It’s why we’re getting out of town for a week, just to be…”

“Together?” Isolde put in.

Soya nodded. “Though we’re meeting up with friends, so who knows how the week will end up.”

“But you’re good at sharing.” Isolde pointed out. “I’m horrible at it; just ask my lovers, I have them locked away in my basement.”

Soya laughed. “Of course.”

“No, I really am horrible at it.” Isolde said shrugging. “I’m fine with it though, as long as my lovers are.”

“And I’m sure having you to themselves is perfect for them.”

“Oh!” Isolde laughed, “I don’t share my lovers, but I can share myself quite easily. Oh that made me sound like a slut.”

Soya laughed. “A tiny bit.”

Isolde grinned. “I’ll see you in an hour.”

Soya nodded, ducking into her car as she made her way towards Ville’s tower. Chewing on her lip, she looked at her finger, smiling when she saw her engagement ring sitting there. She thought back to the night before, wondering how far she would have let Ville go had they not been interrupted. Ville assured her that she set the pace when it came to their sexual relationship, but her pace was getting too slow even for her.

Soya groaned, running a hand through her hair as she took the turn towards Ville’s neighborhood. Making her decision, she parked in front of Ville’s tower, grabbing her purse as she got out of the car. She was pulling her keys out of her purse when she felt arms wrap around her waist causing her to jump in surprise, only for her to quickly relax as she smelled Ville’s familiar scent.

“Scare you?” he laughed into her neck, pressing a kiss there.

“No.” she muttered, “Where the hell did you come from though?”

“I was in the back, cleaning; I heard your car though.”

“Did you take down the tent?” Soya asked as Ville opened his door.

“No, apparently Jussi really wants to get everyone together here tonight, so I left it up and my dad is going to bring over those plastic tables he keeps in storage for us to use.”

“That’s sweet.” Soya said as she wrapped her arms around his neck kissing him lightly. “I made a decision today.”

“Did you?” Ville grinned. “And what was that?”

Soya chewed on her lip as she looked up at him. “I want to have sex.”

Ville stared at her only for laughter to cut off any response he may have had.

“That is definitely my cue to leave.”

“Oh god, I didn’t know Jesse was still here.” Soya groaned, hiding her rapidly heating face in Ville’s chest.

Jesse laughed as he sat up from the couch he’d been laying on, smirking at Soya. “So, is little Soya ready to lose her virginity?”

“Leave, Jesse.” Ville groaned.

Jesse laughed as he grabbed his coat. “Fine, not really into Voyeurism anyway.”

“Leave!” Soya groaned.

“I’m gone. Have fun you two.” Jesse said, his laughter ringing as the door closed behind him.

“Your brother’s sort of a jerk.”

“He loves you.” Ville laughed, before holding her out at arm’s length. “So…”

“Ville.” Soya groaned.

“Ah, save that voice for bed.” He groaned with a teasing grin.

“Ville!” She laughed.

“When?”

“When what?”

“When do you …” Ville shook his head. “I’m still in shock that you told me you want to have sex.”

Soya laughed as his arms dropped. She leaned against the couch watching him. “I’m allowed to want to have sex right?”

“God yes.” Ville said, pressing his back against the door. “I feel like an idiot right now, did you want to do it now?”

“No!” Soya laughed. “I just…I’m ready; I just wanted to let you know that.”

Ville nodded, still staring at the woman in front of him. “Now I know…”

Soya laughed. “I’m sorry to have just…sprung this on you.”

“Well something is sprung.” Ville muttered, as Soya pushed off the couch, walking over to him and wrapping her arms around his waist. “You know I’m not rushing you Soya,”

“I know,” Soya said looking up at him as his arms came around her waist. “But I’m not rushing myself either, and at the rate we’re going, we won’t have sex until we’re married and even then one of our friends or family members is bound to interrupt that.” She said, causing Ville to laugh.

“And who knows when we’ll get married.”

“Right, so I just…I just wanted you to know that I am ready and if we ever get a moment alone…”

“And I know that now.” Ville said, “And we’re alone now, we could…”

“Oh how I wish we could, as having sex on your Knight Rider comforter is oh so romantic.” She teased. “But we have to meet Isolde in about a half an hour.”

Ville nodded. “Let me grab my jacket.”

Soya let him go and followed him up the stairs. “Ville, have you decided if you’re going to talk to her yet?”

“No.” Ville said going into his bedroom and grabbing his jacket and looking back at her. “Can I have my shirt back?”

“No.” Soya said crossing her arms over her chest. “I like it.”

Ville rolled his eyes. “Did you talk to her?”

“A bit.” Soya nodded, “But she promised to send me a copy of what she writes before she publishes it. She’s easy to talk to.”

“I’m sure. So, are we going to go take pictures now?”

Soya bit her lip. “She actually wants to get candids of us; Jussi invited her over here tonight when we all get together, but it’s up to you if you want her to come back.”

“So we’re meeting with her right now because…” Ville trailed off as he left his room with Soya and started down the stairs.

“Because she’s got Odette’s costume and wants me to put it on.”

“Odette?” Ville asked.

Swan Lake.” Soya laughed, picking up her purse and ushering Ville out the door, making sure it was locked before starting towards her car. “I’ve always wanted to play Odette.”

“You will.” Ville assured, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and kissing the top of her head. “You know we have about twenty minutes before we have to meet her, and if you speed, we can make it to whatever location she gave you in ten…” Ville trailed off, raising an eyebrow suggestively.

“I’ve been told not to be impressed by speed.” Soya laughed, leaning up to kiss the bottom of his chin. “But very nice try.”

“Thank you.” Ville chuckled. “Come on then, let’s go get these pictures of you done.” He said opening the door and climbing into the car.

Soya smiled, going around the car, getting in and pulling off the curb as she drove to the studio Isolde had written down for her. She looked over at Ville when he took her hand, intertwining their fingers as he rested them on his leg. Yes, she was definitely ready to sleep with this man.

First and foremost I would like to extend a thank you to all of you guys who commented the last chapter! Thank you guys so much for your patience while I catch up with myself.

I would just like to say that I’m not withholding chapters from you guys, I’m not posting with my regular schedule because I don’t have the chapters written like I use to. Right now I have 97 ready to be posted and 98 about half way done, and 99 and 100 planned. Until I finish 98 (which will be soon) I won’t post 97. I’m sorry if that upsets some of you, but just know that I would rather give you guys a chapter I’m proud of, rather than a half assed chapter no one would enjoy.

Hopefully 97 will be up within the next few days, in the mean time, I thank you guys again for your patience and as always leave your comment and I will most definitely send you out a preview!!!
