Dreams of War

Phoebe is special. But even more than that, she's special for a mutant. She has two powers.
She has a built-in mutant radar and she can copy mutant powers if she is in contact with the other mutant's blood/saliva/etc. After a disastrous incident, Phoebe runs away, and stuff happen.
When she starts having strange dreams in which she visits a school, she is tempted to run away from her new home to find the place, but is held back by her friends.
But when her aunt leaves with Victor and one of her friends die in a horrible fight, she packs up her bags and leaves with her other friend, having nothing to leave behind.
Phoebe follows the pull in her gut that brings her to Xavier's school for 'gifted youngsters'.
What happens when she meets the man in her dreams?
And when she falls for him?
And when Tane figures it out?
