Your Skin and Bones, Turn Into Something Beautiful

Prolouge/Intro.

The mirror mocked me, reflecting a horrid image that was forever burned into my brain. The girl stood in front of me, her right arm was over chest and gripping her left forearm so rough and tight that her milk-white colored skin showed red finger marks. Her lips were pressed together into a taut line, and her jaw was visibly clenched. Her eyes held nothing but hatred and disgust for the image that she was looking at. I couldn’t stand glaring at my reflection anymore so I let my gaze fall to the floor and examined my Chuck Taylors instead. Salty tears managed to leak out my eyes so I closed them tightly and wiped my hand over my face in hope to stop them from falling. My heart sank low; this is how it would always be like. I’d look in the mirror just to be reminded of what I was and what I could never be.
